Maria Kelly lives in Florida, USA. She’s had several stories and poems published in magazines and anthologies. She writes speculative fiction about talking dragons, an alien/shape-shifting/serial-killer spider, twisted fairy tales and a basement dweller who makes Cthulhu look like a Care Bear. She’s writing a urban fantasy novel about harpies. In her spare time she drinks coffee (lots of it), satisfies her addiction to Mah Jonng, balances pumpkins on her head, and attends college in the hopes of someday being able to wear a tee-shirt that reads: “I Teach Banned Books.”
